Lighthouse Reentry Initiative
College-in-Prison
We help bring credit-bearing college courses, tutoring, and advising into correctional facilities so that students can begin or continue their degrees while inside.
Reentry Support
Our reentry support connects people coming home from prison with campus resources, peer mentors, and community partners who understand the challenges of starting over.
Peer Learning
We create spaces for inside and outside students to learn together, share experience, and build the skills needed for college, work, and community leadership.
Community Events
From community dialogues to campus workshops, our events bring together students, alumni, families, and practitioners to imagine new possibilities for education and reentry.
Resource Hub
We collect and share open-access tools, data, and stories so that higher education in prison and reentry programs can learn from one another and grow.
Partners & Educators
College faculty, staff, and community educators partner with Lighthouse to co-design learning experiences that honor the expertise of people directly impacted by incarceration.
